KINDER KICKS
( ages 4 - 6: )
This 35-minute class is designed for the 'little kicker' in every child ages 4-6. Kids just love to kick and act out the part of a martial artist. This class gives them the opportunity to learn martial arts appropriate for this age group. The emphases in this class are on: getting along with others; basic motor skills; listening skills; fundamentals of Taekwondo for kids; and, of course, having fun. Each child will wear a martial arts uniform and will have the opportunity to earn Kinder Kicks belts. This class is great fun for both the kids to be in as well as for the parents to watch. Each child will come to 2 out of our 4 classes offered per week.
JUNIOR TAEKWONDO
( ages 7 - 12: )
Our Junior Taekwondo classes are 50-minute classes designed for ages 7-12, boys and girls, beginners through advanced. Each child will work on coordination, flexibility and stamina, while learning practical and appropriate self-defense skills. Because Taekwondo is a high energy sport, which emphasizes proper sport ethics and training.

In addition to the physical benefits your child will receive, we will also work on academics and home life skills. Each child will turn in his or her report card at least 4 times a year to be reviewed by Master Noyes. Children who display significant improvement in their grades will receive our Academic Achievement Award.

Children in our Junior Taekwondo program will be given a "Belt Quiz" once a month and have a "Belt Exam" every 3-4 months. Parents love what this program does for their children. You can choose 2 classes of the 4 offered every week, as well as get one-on-one help once a week.

TEEN TAEKWONDO
Our Teen Taekwondo Classes are 60 minute classes designed with the teenager in mind. Each Teenager will have the opportunity to work with an instructor and other teens. This class will help the teen focus on developing their coordination, flexibility, stamina, self-defense and having fun. In addition to the physical benefits we have a strong focus on the importance of both academic and social skills as well as addressing the issues that teens deal with on a regular basis.
ADULT CLASSES
Our adult Taekwondo classes are a terrific mix of adults looking for a great work out that will never bore them. Adults join and continue to train for many reasons: conditioning, weight loss, recreation, self-defense, sport and competition and the challenge of our belt system. At Big Sky Martial Arts, we work in a very supportive team environment. Initially, many students think their ultimate goal is to work for and receive a Black belt, but along the way they realize that this is an activity they can do all their lives.

Students change their lives to meet the goals they have. The classes will inspire you to push yourself to a new physical and emotional level. What you learn in class is practical and applicable in everyday life. Who would not benefit from being more coordinated, having a higher self-image and knowing that you have more skills to better take care of yourself and family?

BLACK BELT CLUB
A student must be invited to be in Black belt club. This invitation comes when the student completes at least one year's worth of training; has good attendance; is a green belt or higher; works well with other students; is some one who has set Black belt as one of his/her martial arts goals. It is not necessary for a student to be in Black belt club in order to receive a Black belt, but this class will significantly improve Black belt readiness, as well as competition and self-defense skills. Members of this club have additional class, seminar and competition opportunities.
